Submit the sponsor registration form. Shortly after form submission, an invoice will be sent to the provided email. Upon receipt of payment, instructions on reserving your sponsorship location will be provided

  • AIC Bronze Sponsor

    Bronze

    Price: $3,000

    ✓ Complimentary sponsor table or booth (excludes preferred booth locations).

    ✓ Prominent display of your “clickable” logo on our website and recognition of your sponsorship on our social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn). Your logo will also appear in our program book.

    ✓ Recognition as a “Bronze level” sponsor by the chair of a Plenary Session and your logo displayed on the projection screen prior to the start of and between sessions.

    ✓ Complimentary registration for two (2) attendees.

    *Non-profit or Society cost for Bronze sponsorship: $2,000

    Silver

    Price: $4,000

    ✓ Complimentary sponsor table or booth (excludes preferred booth locations).
